Hardware Deployment
It would be nice if new equipment would ship itself out to your remote office locations and plug itself in. However, the new hardware you need to install at each of your branch offices needs to be provisioned, inventoried, packed, shipped, unpacked, installed and tested. CBIG can design and execute a program to get your new technology connected fast! From touch-screen kiosks and biometric time clocks, to networking equipment, CBIG will work with your vendor, your IT Department, and your Operations team to create a complete provisioning and deployment plan.
CBIG infrastructure personnel are experienced with remote deployment of equipment, including proper inventory, provisioning, packaging and preparation of unpacking and setup instructions. Our infrastructure team has years of experience working with non-technical office personnel unpacking and setting up new technology remotely. If any of your new equipment requires network connectivity or telephone lines, we can arrange for the installation of these through our network of cabling contractors.
Outsourcing the deployment of your new hardware to CBIG will reduce the stress on your IT Department, deliver your equipment according to vendor’s requirements, and complete the process in accordance with a standardized program.
